I thought I read this somewhere else on a thread...but I cant seem to find it.....on my last patrol...the weather was really lousy...and when I submerged I found that I could here the rain while I was trying to get a sounding....and then later while submerged...I noticed I could hear the rain once again while submerged...and it was not even raining topside.....what is up with this???

Disable the sound hardware acceleration. Start/Run/dxdiag, Sound tab.
