Problems adding ships

At the moment I'm trying to add the Town Class destroyers to the British Fleet, but the game crashes whenever I try to start a career patrol.

I've cloned the Clemson DD
Created a folder for the new ship
Renamed the files in the new folder
Renamed the British roster file for the clemson
Created copies of the Clemson tgas and renamed them
Replaced references to British clemsons with Town Class

The ship shows up fine in the museum, and the training missions etc work fine, the ship shows in the rec manual.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

That sounds like a simple type error in the Campaign_SCR but can be hard to locate. Check everything you have done after it worked the last time. The error can also lay in the Roster or the sea folder but I don't think so.

If still prob compair this line with yours (It's stock)

Name=BR DD Clemson#6
Class=DDClemson
Type=4
Origin=British
Side=1
Commander=0
CargoExt=-1
CargoInt=-1
