Installing RUB 1.45

Hi can anyone help, I cant seem to install RUB 1.45 using JSGME,
Following the instructions on a clean installation of SH3 (Modifiied to version 1.4b the program simply does not install (I have had no problems with other installs of mods previously) Installation seems to advance to 31% and then stop, leaving only a few files installed, attempts to manually install seems to work but there are simply too many files to do it this way. I am using IZArc as the RAR unzipper (It works ok on other RAR zips)

Which program doesnÂ´t install when you use 1.4b? By the way, RUb requires 1.4b.

You said that itÂ´s a RAR archive, the original RUb archive is in 7zip-format, that means you havenÂ´t download it from the authorÂ´s site and it seems that the archive is broken. Download RUb again from BeeryÂ´s site:
http://www.beerymod.com/RUb1.45.7z

You need 7zip (www.7zip.org) or the latest WinRar to unpack it.

Thank you for the reply, my mistake, it is a 7zip file but my IZArc unzipper does cover 7 Zip. The installation only covers a few files including data/air but not from "Campaigns" on although all main folders but not subfolders are listed but appear empty.
When the enable button is pushed on JGME the enabling takes only 1 or 2 seconds, this does not seem to equate to the rather large file size. Checking the folders indicates that all bar "air" are empty, with the sub folders not being present. I have installed version 1.4b

Maybe IZarc has problems with 7zip or the archive is broken. The archive file size should be 51.298.532 bytes (48.9MB). Or maybe your harddisk is full, so that IZarc cannot unpack all files.

Hi mayandlex, I had exactly the same problem with IZarc and RUb, it seems it doesn't handle correctly the 7zip format. The only way I found was to install 7zip and then convert RUb in zip format (I prefer IZarc than 7Zip).
