New career oddity

I just started a new mission on a new career in 1939, based out of Kiel. However, it is now September 5, 1939, and all of the British ports are still in green color, and not the hostile red. Why is this? The war should have started by now!

Give it a couple days.

Dates are not absolutes, hostilities usually begin a few days after the historical date.
