This may have been asked before, but I could find nothing in the forums when using the search utility.
For the past several patrols, to shorten the amount of time I am sitting on my butt looking at my dot move across the sea, I kick in time compression. For the really long trips I go to 512, otherwise I stay at 64 (one hour per minute). Something I have noticed is when I drop out of TC the weather has gone to hell. Now, the thing that gets me is before I drop out, I do a weather check, and the NA says it is clear, with light fog. Is this another annoying bug? Is there a bug that allows Time compression without making visual detection impossible? |

Um the weather conditions in sh3 can change from clear and calme to foggy and stormy in a matter of minutes, i once witnessesed a weather change whilst on the bridge in x32 TC - it took about 3 seconds for it to change.
It would be nice if you could see storms coming, dark clouds building up on the horizon..... |

That can and does happen in the North Atlantic in the winter. I'm not sure about the South Pacific tho.
