Default Question for W@W Kaleuns

Is the 8. Training KTB down? I recently joined the fray. I'm still waiting for my registration to the forum to kick in. I think something went screwy with that but I notified BdU so hopfully I'll be up and running soon.

But I digress...

I can't find the 8. Training KTB forum anymore. I'm almost done with my training patrol and need to get the instructions on what to do next.

Looking forward to mixing it up with Allied shipping with the rest of you!

a.k.a. Philipp Thomsen

(Anyone know who Philipp Thomsen was? NO INTERNET SEARCHES EITHER!!)

I'll give you a hint:

"Ich bin nicht in der Bedingung, zu $&@#%!" (think that's the translation)

There is no actualy 8. KTB forum, it's a sticky locating in the training flotilla forum itself

Good luck with the other hiccups, welcome aboard.

Thanks, I actually was there earlier yesterday and then when I tried to get in last night I kept getting an error message in my web browser.

It must have been a problem on this end..

I'll try again today.

I know BdU has been transferring the forums so that might have been causing the trouble as well. In any case, that link CCIP provided should be a direct hit for you, hope you get through . If trouble continues I'd suggets contacting BdU in regard to that trouble and then just keep in mind that the man is very busy at times but I'm sure will get back to you.

I'm in! Thanks Iblitz aka BdU

I'm almost done with my training patrol. I'll probably leave work early today and finish it (aint nothing going on here anyway)

Who knows! With the 4 day weekend upon me I might be able to catch up and jump into Patrol 13! That is if my training patrol is acceptable. If patrol 13 is anything like my training patrol it will take me forever to complete. Hell, I'm in a IIA and only been at sea for about ten days. Between the notes I had to take and relying less and less on TC I started smelling the salt air sitting in front of my computer!

Since I wont get a chance tomorrow: Happy Turkey day to all of you out there that celebrate it. To those who do not: Happy Thursday!

LOL. Those unauthorized port entries will get you every time, won't they?

Nedlam,

Welcome aboard!
