noob ? about ht146 for rub 1.44

harbor traffic 146 for rub 1.44 only works if i install rub first and then the ht(using jsmge)

there are many files updated and my question is: does overwritting any of the rub files with the ht files change how rub works? or are all the changes only harbor related? are these mods replacing files or just adding lines into the .cfg, .mis files? sorry for the long list, but these are the files in question:

That's the way it's supposed to be.

Make sure you're installing the HT Mod's RUb-compatible version. There's a version of RUb users and one for those that don't have RUb.

thanks, Avon Lady,

yes, i am using the rub version. since i saw updates to Flotilla.cfg and *.mis, i was concerned about date messages, events etc. played a few careers stock and this is my first go with rub, so i wouldn't know if the ht mod would change stuff like that.

these mods are truly great efforts. many thanks.
