Please fix the deck railing!

Will there ever be a fix for the deck railing on the early type VIIC? i hate it because the VIIC has the deck railing of a type VIIC-41. I dont understand after all this research The dev team did not have this right

There are at least 147.5 things which are not right in SH3, the deck railing is probably the least important thing...
