Start campaign with RUb 1.43 and SH3 Commander

I want to start a new career with RUb1.43 and SH3Commander and I have one simple question - how to do it?
I've just finished again naval academy after reinstall SH3, but before install RUb1.43/SH3Commander as, for example, Kurt Mueller - I don't see this name in SH3Commander active career details.
What should I do - start career as Kurt Mueller with SH3, finish first patrol and start next patrol via SH3 Commander with "choose career" option (as Kurt Mueller) or use "prepare for new career", create completely new name and start it?
I'd like to play as Kurt Mueller of course.
I want start new campaign at 01.09.1939, in SH3Commander I can choose uboot type and flotilla from all types and all flotillas avalaible from the game, but XXI type wasn't built at 1939 and it wasn't 29 flotilla this year. What happend, when I prepare new career and choose for example XXI type with 29 Flotilla at 1939 via SH3Commander?
It's maybe simply questions for advanced users of RUb1.43 and SH3Commander, but I didn't play this pack yet.

Choose the "prepare for new career" and type in the name you want. Fill in the rest of the blanks then click "Launch SH3" and go sink something.....or try to.
