Screenshots w/ NVIDIA Cards

I have a Geforce 6600 and I have had severe problems with screenshots since installing it. Screenshots appear all-black whenever I use the default ctrl-f11 method of taking them. Currently I'm using FRAPS to get around this but I'd rather be able to take the screenshots without a screen capturing program. Any idea how to solve this problem?

I had a problem with this when I used AA. Without AA - it always works fine for me.
