Crew on ships?

Someone told me that there's a mod that will give you live crew on board the ships, and when you hit a ship, you can actually see sailors run on deck, and jump in the drink, and lower lifeboats etc. etc. That sounds too cool to be true. Is there really a mod like that out there??

No, I've never heard of that. Sounds too complex to be done without an SDK, anyways...

You can use the hollywood mod, where you see explosions with flying crewmembers more often...

It is possible to put some crew in 3D on say merchants but it is a lot of work and the crew will stay on the sunk ship even it is on the ocean bottom.
