Questions about sh3world mod

I have a few questions about this mod. I think its cool first off.. but i was wondering if it messes up the other ports you get as the war progresses. My new base is supposed to be breast.. but its not showing up on the map now(it used to before i modded it of course) and there are 2 sub bases i can operate out of, the 7th and the 2nd i think.... Is this normal for this mod, or is something messed up.?? Can anyone give me some info
