yes somewhere... someone did one a while ago, can't remember where, it is part of a big mod maybe. I tried it but now I use something akin to the original sound but with flooding noises. The Das Boot sound mod might be a good place to start looking for it...

Is terrapins file library, like any library - you are gonna have to search, but there are lots of files in the sound section.. I bet its in there somewhere...

Sailor Steves sound mod has the good old Das Boot alarm.
it's at http://u-boot.realsimulation.com/ in the sounds section. Easy to find, as it's simply called Sailor Steve.
