Just need a bit of help

I am trying to use John Hamms uniform mod,but i would like a smaller chronometer and better night sights.. How would i do this? Iam running TMO 2.5

not being familiar with those mods i attempted to d/l them.
unfortunately, the two Rank, Uniform & Insignia Mod (R.U.I.M.) v1.0 mods (Hi-res and Regular) are no longer available to d/l, so i cannot see the files that are modded.

the mod(s) were created for v1.5 and not TMO 2.5. have been able to start and play a career?
