Realistic Crew

Gentlemen,

I am having a problem with a realistic crew configuration. The problem is with using the realistic setting in SH3 Commander for my GWX 3.0 I get a crew where all officers , petty officers and sailors all have the same rank. I have added the realistic folder from SH3 Commander to the MODS list and activated it. How can I get a more realistic crew configuration?

Did you install the SH3 Commander mod for GWX? It needs to go in SH3 Commander's mod folder, not the main mod folder.

I did install the SH3 Commander Config mod in the SH3 Commander folder. No luck, I used to get a good varied realistic crew when I was playing NYGM Hardcore but had to quit because my old 4G computer couldn't handle the memory requirements. Can I use some of the NYGM mods with GWX?
