I assume this is on a base GWX install ? Numbers 1,2,4 and 6 should not be installed until the time frame and/or area they are needed in.
See the GWX manual for details. I don't know if that is the cause of your message problems; nothing listed stands out for that. But it needs to be fixed regardless; note the merged campaign mod is being overwritten by another mod, i.e.
