Setting new keyboard commands

How do i find MenuId and KeyX to modify commands i dont have a numpad and want to set keys for Time_compr_reduce and Time_compr_increase to - and + instead of Num- and Num+

You can just change the relevant commands in the commands.cfg file to do that. There was also a program called Setkeys but I'm not familar with it.

Yes i have changed "View to heading" and "Heading to view" to "Time comression reduce" and "Time compression Increase" i dont use those commands anyway
