Conning tower #/emblem in TMOTW?

Hello:
After a long time away from SH4, I've come back and am enjoying this excellent program again. One thing I've noticed is there are so many "dead" links. I downloaded the Killflags dl and extracted it to JSGME-but I have no idea how to activate it? All the links on the listing for emblems and such are dead. I just wanted tobe able to put a # on the boat and maybe a emblem on the tower. Is there a way to do it that still exists?

we did what you trying to do in the latest Dark Waters release however i cannot remember how we applied the graphic (hull number) to the submarine graphic.
i will probably not have time to check today but possibly i can check tomorrow.
