Compass / rudder stuck in bottom right corner of map screen

My compass / rudder control is stuck in the bottom right corner of the map screen in TWoS -- its totally unreadable...how do I move it? Help!

Okay guys -- I really need a workaround here! I've tried uninstalling all mods in TWoS and re-booting to no avail. Setting up ambushes and evading DDs w/ compass / rudder control STUCK in lower left corner of screen makes the game un-playable and downright UN-ENJOYABLE. Screenshot link below -- Please help!
