How to modify F1 help in SH4?

I have the SH4 with menu and help in Spanish, but the list of the command keys is incomplete. How can I edit the file to modify it? I do not know which is the file to modify. Thank you very much.

The menu was wrongly configured from origin, I corrected it and all the missing functions appeared on the screen!
