Game play settings for Career

Hello all, I'm thrilled to see this board still running. I am TRYING to set custom gameplay settings (I want to set manual targeting, without running out of fuel!) in the American Career, and can't make it happen.

Running version 1.5 with no mods - and PLEASE if you have an idea on how to do this keep your explanation simple, I'm not terribly good at the in depth stuff. Thanks in advance for your help.

I'd love to get into this game again while locked in!!

When you're in the office before a patrol, there's a bookshelf on the left. Click on the clock/radio and that's your career options.

PenPilot, ETR3 is right.

You've probably been setting the options from the main menu. Those options don't hold in career mode. use the clock in the office.
