Can't create new campaign

This is an odd one, recently booted up SH3 in this quarantine and I'm experiencing some issues. I can play single missions, but I can't create a new campaign. Crashes when load finishes.

I Have steam SH3 with GWX. Decided I would start a new campaign after only playing SH4 for quite some time.

First I thought it was when I tried to install SH3 commander, but that didn't work and I was having issues. So I deleted everything and tried to reinstall, didn't work so I gave up on Commander.

But campaigns still don't work. Any clues?

Hi, I'm new here. I play SH3 from several years but this time I reinstalled the simulator cause some free time (lockdown) to come back to Uboot missions (after 5 years). And for the first time I really need help to run the game as it deserves.

So, my problem is almost the same of Nefarious, I installed 1.4b SH3 version (retail edition), then I installed GWX3 gold. Run the game with administrator rights and win XP sp3 compatibility mode to assure the run of software.
Now things becomes complicated:

1- I downloaded ARB WIDEGUI 1920X1080 0,3 and hot fix 0,31 and v1.6B1 patch to get fullHD resolution.
I put the files in SH3 installation, rewrited files when asked and applied setupHF.bat for hardcoded fixes, then TychoSh3Patch_v3 (sometimes it can't be installed..)
However everything works fine, 16:9 works and also fixed navigation maps, done the training missions, some exercize to remember commands but SP missions and career don't works! After 20 installations I deleted the dll and dx9 fix for resolution, and now works in original resolution.

But I remember that fix works fine years ago! Maybe is corrupted the file in ARB WIDEGUI? I do something wrong?
I hope in a answer because I really love this game and there's no an universal guide to help people with new computers to run SH3. Cheers.

I already patched the exe in the folder of V16B1 patch and TychoSh3Patch_v3. Everything solved with fullHD resolution and missions.

I found some problems with new ARB wideGui.. when I ask something to the officer on the deck tower, the camera moves to the sky couple meters on deck tower, and I must manually move to return on deck tower. The sea in surface is the same of GWX 3 but underwater looking to surface I see a black spot just like in the night instead of solar light reflected (when is day), external camera never reset to center of an object as usually does the original cameras.dat. Maybe someone can be explain to me how mod correctly SH3 with GWX3Gold and new widescreen patch?

My config:

Intel I7 4790 3.60 Ghz
AMD r9 460 2 gb
10 GB ram
Windows 8.1
