Uplay WIN10 resolution question

Hi all

I have just installed the game through Uplay on a Win 10 pc and installed the GWX 3.0 mega mod and it all seems fine except im stuck at the old resolutions.

Don't get me wrong it still looks awesome but is there a fix or mod to bring the game up too more modern resolutions?

There are 1920x1080 resolution mods. I however have been having issues with getting them to work. Everytime I use them I get cannot initialize 3D engine. However you should check it out, your results may very.
