Hi All
Playing GWX with stieblers patches was planning on a long range mission to the indian ocean and was going to activate the merged campaign files but it states that it will adverse effects on stieblers Campaign.SCR file as its already been altered obviously with the adding of the extra uboats for wolfpacks and a few other things. Is there a workaround with this as the I'd prefer to keep the stiebler patch running as its great. Cheers |

Hello.
Did you merge the campaign-files right? Meaning open the file from your modded installation, searching for last unit (for example vanilla is unit 1942) and copy the wolfpack with new unit numbers (f.e. vanilla from 1943-1954). Then it should work. Try the wolfpack test mission, if you want to proof your results. And as alwas: backup your files before editing. Greetings Paul |

Yeah good call I might try that.
I ended up running with it anyway and see what happened and I ended up running into plenty of ships off Madagascar anyway and sinking about 50000 tons before heading to Penang so maybe the Stiebler patch already has the Indian ocean files in it ? Cheers |
