creepy article about spiders eating stuff that we would normally not expect a spider to be able to eat ![]() It can be tough to gauge scale in this video, but the body of the spider (not including the legs) is about the size of a baseball! ![]() Road trip to the Amazon? That would be a large helping of Nope with extra Nope on the side thank you

I can tolerate snakes if they move slow or sit still, make no hectic movements, same with spiders and such animals, I even can enjoy the beauty of their visual appearance. But when they start to race around like that and move frantically, I flip out, some deep-rooting instincts then take over completely.
Once saw a film about a sprinting black mamba, one of the fastest amongst snakes, and on the ground it even started to jump, 1.5 or 2 m wide and high. Humans cannot run away from them, they are too fast, and in mating season they are also extremely aggressive, furious. I had a hard night that day. Live and let live, I tell it. But move gently, I also tell it. What leaves me relaxed and unimpressed, are bees, wasps and hornets.
