Desiring Main Menu Background

For Cold Waters, does anyone know the command line I could instruct the main menu to use a background png instead of a looping video?

I have not come across anyway to change the in game menus. They appear to be hard coded.

Change:
LoadVideos=TRUE
To:
LoadVideos=FALSE

Thank You for your answer. I've already discovered that option at the top of the Config file....would you and your team be so kind to add an image direction option line to the Config. I'd like to use my open seas png file...which, btw, I use for all of the single mission backgrounds.

Wishing to extend a large note of gratitude for this game...By design, it can bring untold years of entertainment.
