Mission Editor Help File?

Is there an instruction sheet/manual for the new mission editor explaining how the various options/contact groups function - perhaps an updated instruction manual including the changes up to v1.5d?

I can certainly figure the mission editor out playing with it but it would just be easier to read how it works and forgoing the experimenting.
