Can I avoid first person mode in SH 5?

I am one who suffers from simulation sickness. First person, especially in interior scenes makes me nauseous. Can I get to different stations on the submarine without having to go to each in first person mode?

Am thinking of finally purchasing SH5 as I cannot seem to get SH3 installed on my Windows 10 machine. And I miss playing the Atlantic campaigns.

There is a "teleport" function in the TWoS mod. You do have to walk to each compartment once however after each game load, for the function to work.

No, the teleport will materialize you to specific parts in the boat requiring you to still walk around, I don't know if there's a mod to make it like in SH3 where you can only use shortcuts, this should be possible by editing the 'camera' files and assigning new keyboard commands. Else go look for a mod with the most crew's icons, but I doubt you could do everything and it would be cumbersome to go through those icons multiple times and every time...
Some special commands require you to directly talk to a crew member (pre-heating torpedos, correct usage of the deck gun etc.), but this is all what comes to my mind, else the game should be moddable in this regard, but that's easier said than done!
Wit 'M' you can go from anywhere to the map which is quite useful and necessary to make all help tools visible.
