French traduction
Hello every body.
I'm a french guy from France.  New to subsim, and i love Cold Waters. I'm working hard on a french translation. I already made all menu, interface and messages translation. Also i have a partial translation of 1984 campaign. All mission orders are translated. Tactical map titles are translated. No event translated for now. So, if you want, i can put it in download tab.
