Hi! My sub-sim résumé. :-)

Hi everybody!

I'm a gamer from Norway who got my first taste of sub-games at the age of 14 when I tried Silent Service on my then new and shiny Commodore Amiga, way back in 1986. Of course it's a simple game by todays standard, but it left a big impression.

After having played that quite extensively, and having paused for some years, my next stint was with Sonalyst's Sub Command on PC. I especially liked the 'save the turtles' scenario mission.

Then life and other interests took hold, but a while ago, a craving for a good submarine game came back. Then I found and started reading the Subsim forums. I'm currently playing Silent Hunter 4, but now I know there's countless other games and mods out there.
Anyways, I finally decided to become a member and support the site. Thanks for the good work you guys are doing here!
