mod - for more colorfull -map drawing

hello ...sry for starting a new thread here.
...im looking for 3 days to just find a mod what makes the lines i draw on the map - more colorfull or fatter...i cant see very well these thin lines on my already big 32zoll monitor ...it really gives me a hard time while calculating...

please please help me...in all that chaos of mods what exist i would be happy with only that specific one
