popup menu in upgrade screen?

hi i have a modding idea to get a popup tga (as speed charts in magui) on upgrade menu (at base) to get the recommended configuration for torpedo load (as in just foloow orders mod) but in this screen instead of sea-running screen.
in the worst case, i can use the upgrade chart (? symbol).

Any one have a upgrades chart corrected for gwx3+cmdsh3 real dates? is a minor datail but if aomeone have one it would be better to update my files.

i select more easy way, but i dont know how its named the upgrades charts (? icon in upgrades screen) to chenge it, and resize it to ws. Any one knows name file of it?
