Found this cake Lamingtons on the internet and it looks very delicious. I made a search for a recipe and I found several different recipe. Then I remembered that there are a few from Australia here at subsim and maybe they can give me the original recipe on this cake.

![]() Have saved the page. Most of it I knew what it is, but I had to google this: self-raising flour. I'm going to do this. I take the amount of flour that is specified in the recipe and add a little baking powder as well as a little salt. Markus |

You should be able to find self-raising flour in the baking aisle in supermarkets though! |
