Uh, I would say he wasn't thinking straight. Bad idea, pulling any kind of weapon while two cops are standing next to you.

Notice how the guy kept his hands up and was tapping his finger on the other hand? I've been told by people trained in body language that that and other actions with the hands such as clapping them is a strong indication that the person is about to fight or considering fighting.

Something to consider when you are out and about. If you encounter a person and they display this kind of body language along with other verbal cues they may be ready to act violently. Not saying you'll have to shoot them but you may have to defend yourself.

I notice the Glock has the flashing light too probably a pressure switch on the stock. Also displays why the Glock is so popular trigger safety thus safe to carry fully loaded with a round chambered and only your trigger finger to deactivate safety.

Wonder if the man was planning suicide by cop or just thought he'd maybe thought he'd grab the female officer and hold her?

Unfortunate that the man chose to do that but who knows what he was thinking.

EDIT EDIT: this dose confirm my theory if you like take her to Chili's if you don't like her take her to Applebee's.

notice the male shot him several times and the female capped him the last 3 times after he was down.....always got to have the last shot as well!

I think that everything to do with one officers firearms skill level and and others lower skill level and nothing to do with the sex of either. Not to mention the fact that given the situation she probably hesitated because she didn't want to accidentally shot the other officer. I said that she did hesitate not that she did a poor job. Rember we are watched this from a position of comfort we aren't having to make a life or death decision in seconds. I bet that female officer is better than 50% of American gun owners.

This guy can't not shoot himself and he is in no danger at all well not counting himself.
