[TEC] Where's the uploads button?

Hi all,
I've looked hi and low for the uploads button and can't find it anywhere.

I have a small mod I want to share but can't upload it.
HELP

Go to the "Downloads" menu at the top of the page. Along the left side, you'll see a link to adding yourself to the "Modmen" list. PM Neil for permission.

im not sure if you still need to get permissions or not, just go to the download section you want to upload the mod into and when that sections window is open you should see "ADD" on the list of things to click on to upload a mod. if you don't see this option then you need neal to open the access for you

most mods are small in size but you will need assistance when uploading large size mods (139mb+) so if you do a big mod you may need someone to upload it for you in a case such as that

Yup, I've looked everywhere but to no avail.
