Mega Mod Realistic Settings

I am a casual gamer and have SH5 with Wolves of Steel mega mod. Is it possible to undo the realistic settings. I find them too difficult for the amount of time I can afford this game. Hoping I get some help.

My suggestion would be to uninstall the megamod and chase down those single mods that you liked and install them instead.
