The politicians never seem to see the down side to this kind of BS. Many people died during the prohibition of alcohol. They actually started putting poison in denatured alcohol because the gangsters were stealing it and re-naturing the stuff for the drinkers. And loads of unseemly characters would add anti-freeze to stretch out their batches of moonshine. Then there will be the loss of excise revenues that will get replaced with some other tax levied on smokers and non-smokers alike. Either way, you're going to pay. I'm glad I don't live in Massamachusetts.
