Default AeroMobil 3.0 Flying Car

Almost at final stage ready for production.

AeroMobil 3.0 can reach speeds of up to 160 km/h, while as a plane it can hit 200 km/h.

A drawback is you will need an open grassland or a paved runway that's 250 metres long. But only 50 metres of either is required for landing.

I see some legal problems in a lot of countries. You can't just land anywhere you want. You need a special permission to take off or land outside of airfields. Even helicopters need that IIRC.

I can imagine the look on your insurance agents face when you tell him/her that you want to insure this thing.

I think insurance companies would love it. Instant reason to charge massive premiums. It will be a money maker for them!

I just don't think too many owners will be willing to pay $50,000+ a year in extra premiums.

Probably an even bigger hurdle than the insurance premium would be obtaining a licence to use/fly/drive the thing.

Probably better suited to those with large farms etc....quicker for getting around.
