How to edit .sim file in submarine foldr?

Hello guys,

I am totally new for modding.
Could anyone please give a clue how to edit it?

use the s3d tool for sim, dat, and zon file editing

I found that s3d tool can extract few things for this SH5 sim files. I finally can edit it by hex editor.
