Ahoy there ship mates

Just today I got the Old Simulator. Enigma: Rising Tide.

I am totally gutted to find it incompatible with Win 7.

So are there any crews out there who may have a mod to get it working please?

Have tried use the compatible settings for older games but still no joy

That does stynk. I used to enjoy playing ERT. I thought the voice command function was a good addition.

Mine works just fine with Windows 7.

Mine worked too...

Try the usual install away from Program Files.

Did you download it or install it from a disk?

If you used a disk it probably has starforce on it, which IS NOT 64 bit compatible. (that version anyway)

The download from subsim is starforce free and runs just fine on win 7.

sorry to post on such an old thread, but I am also having problems installing ERT.

I downloaded the game from this site and burned it to a disc, but it still will not install! The window pops up and has the "install" and "play" options, but clicking them causes nothing to happen. My computer loads something for a few seconds but then nothing happens.
