Default Minor problems that can be Modded?

As of 2014 I have started to play SH5 again, a few Mods, Mod lists and videos have come together in 2013 which imho have complemented earlier mods into a genuinely good experience. You guys rock

I have noticed a few minor annoyances which I feel could polish SH5 further, I wanted to ask if these have been addressed in any mods I've missed and or could recommend for a future mod request if not?

1. When I dive, I would like to dive and if required be teleported below deck, I do not want to remain surfaced because of some precondition short of the sub being damaged.

2. I sometimes see my crew in the conning tower when underwater at periscope depth and lower i.e. not just decks awash.

3. The upgraded hydrophone looks out of place visually i.e. it doesn't blend in with the deck, and it rotates when surfaced to me it doesn't look right.

4. The crew on the conning tower repeat their animation actions too regularly, it looks very false. If they could act a little more naturally that would be cool.

5. Warships seem to perform un-natural shots of accuracy (I do have IRAI enabled). It might be because I am not understanding the game mechanics but to my mind a destroyer should not be able to spot you and shell you within seconds when just your periscope is showing at extreme visual range.

6. Early on in WWII I thought destroyers weren't equipped with ASDIC / SONAR and generally speaking did a poor job of defending convoys but got much better around 1942. In SH5 (OHII + IRAI) a 1939 engagement with the wrong ship or task group can be fatal, not 'Happy Times'.

There is teleporting settings you change in the options fileviewer editor if using Multiple UIs for TDC.

2. I get this sometimes when I ask to go to depth 20m. It goes against their procedures, I guess. I have to click periscope depth and the bell rings, when this happens they will act and go down below. Then after that I will ask to go to 20m.

3. Yeah I don't know why that is, but I really don't notice it. I am usually too busy looking for ships or down below with me crew.

4. I think there is a mod that reduced MFCM mod, actions so they don't happen that often. I really don't know where to find the mod download. I think its called MFCM lite or something.

5. IRAI makes them spot you really fast, but you can evade them also with practice. Rule of thumb don't surface when a Destroyer is near, and during the day don't poke your periscope up to close to them. Run at silent running when around them. They will hear you too, but won't always find right location. They will be searching for your boat.

6. ASDIC was equipped on some special anti-submarine flotillas in 1922. The first generation of ASDIC wasn't that good. If I remember correctly, it wasn't able to track a moving target underwater with much accuracy. The later generations of ASDIC were much better and deadly.
