So in Italy its okay to be a pedophile as long as the child loves you.

What about the lack of decision making capacity? What about the breaking of trust? Has the Italian high court gone completely stark raving bonkers?

Is not Berlusconi known for his "bunga bunga" parties with minor children ? Not that he was accused of anything.

Italy has been under Berlusconi's rule for how many years ?

So many things wrong. Ages, occupation, then the police must've had suspicions to tap him/her.

Disgusting judicial system. I hope when she's a real screw up in a decade or two she successfully sues the old man, the social services authority and the judges.
