Need some help from Subsim members

There is a game that I am particularly after but when I try to buy it on Amazon Japan,they don't ship overseas,the game is A Train 9 and it happens to be a bit better than Simcity as you can invest in the Stock Market,can anyone recommend any Japanese E-Shop that ships overseas to countries like New Zealand

Easy one - Steam have it in their Greenlight section, not released yet but date is supposed to be some time in 2013.
