Chinese rock villa on high-rise roof

How in heavens name did he think he could get away with this?

If that mass causes the building to collapse I could well imagine somebody would be facing a potential death penalty.

A Chinese man who built a rock-covered roof-top villa on top of a high-rise building has told the BBC he will comply with an order to demolish it.
The villa, surrounded by fake rocks but real trees and bushes, sits on top of a 26-storey building in Beijing.
State-run China Daily says it was built without the proper permissions.

On a couple of storeys it would've looked okay, particularly if the surrounding area was similar, but 26 is taking the mick.
