Hi,
As the title says, only light fog and impossible to lock target even at 500m! ![]() How come? TMO 2.5 + Traveller mod for TMO + OTC for TMO + ISE #1 and #2 (waves and colors)

That's strange, certainly isn't TMO. Can't remember for sure, but don't think OTC changes any scene dat or env values that would cause such. I don't recall that issue when I used OTC. I also don't think ISE changes any scene dat values regarding fog, nor have I heard anyone else complaining of this issue with either mod...The last time I heard of this problem was with Real Env Mod, but someone made a fix for it.
The one ISE extra mod for clouds and waves I suspect does make changes to the scene dat, but would have to check and see what values where changed. Still, seems someone would called this out. Try disabling ISE mod for clouds and waves and see if that fixes it, if so, let caustic know. Get back to us....

Heck, missed something, you're running Trav mod with OTC, I don't see that working at all, they both use many of the same files. You may get a percentange of each that may work, but I doubt it, plus possible conflicts.
I agree both are great mods, we need to pull as many pieces out of Trav mod that can be used with OTC, something I plan to do. Trav does make some minor changes to scene dat, but I use it and don't have your fog issue. Good luck...

One would have to look at each and compare files, but doing it long ago, I saw both used many of the same, it may not crash the game, but could cause some wierd game play. If you ran OTC after Trav mod, not sure how much of it you would have left, vice versa....
Try that, if that doesn't solve it, try the ISE extra mods next.

I totally just ran into this issue. Running TMO myself, ended up on the surface against a subchaser and couldn't lock the target.

Ok, i've checked, and only ISE waves and clouds change the scene.dat file.
ISE realistic colors change some env.dat file. Traveller mod doesn't change any of these files... ![]() My problem is, i can't play TMO 2.5 without OTC (mainly for boat's lenght in ID manual, to calculate boat speed), and i can't play without both ISE because they fix my sea black stripes (without ISE, my sea is awefull). On other hand, i get this fog issue now! ![]() I started an other thread about this TMO 2.5 color issue with my rig, and i don't get it at all with other TMOs! TMO 2.5 makes my main room very dark on roof and floor, and i never figured out why. Makes the sea with black stripes too. Deactivating post effect filters, main room is ok again (but colors washed out) but sea is still weird... Is there any TMO between 1.9 and 2.5 to download for test? Quote:
