Where do I find that cool mod with " reducing base traffic, 16K, No badges on crew..

Are you using a super mod? If so which one, it does make a difference.

Yes, I am using GWX 3 "gold edition".

Everything you have asked for is included with GWX. You should find them in the Mods folder ready to be installed via JSGME.

GWX Lite Harbor Traffic: Just open the JSGME application in the SH3 installroot folder.
