Just wanted to say hello to everyone. Been away for awhile just started a new campaign or rather jumped into my old one and acquired a type 9 for the end of the war. Im running around with my type 9 d big bertha lol She's like a ASW magnet in the atlantic in 43' But im still having fun. I havent added any newer mods running with my old setup,I never used Aces super turm 6 cuz the late war turms wouldn't work with 6 so i used 5. But besides that was wondering if anything new or better came out since i been gone. I hope everyone is doing good and are healthy and safe.

Welcome back to the pack.
An impressive mod list.
Type IX is my favorite as well. Currently , I am on a Type IXC February 1942 , returning from the Carribean sea.

hey guys yeah, ran into a patrol in AL 60ish, roughly 30/40 merchants/tankers like 8 escorts and 1 bogue escort in the middle of the pack. I tried 4 times to slip in and attack to no avail the 2 forward hunt type 3's keep pinging me at night no less. Problem is the sea is super choppy 15/17 meter cross wind is making my sub pop out like " hi im here to sink you " Worst part of it all is i was chasing the convoy for 7 days had to dive like 25 times cuz 2 avengers kept coming off the bogue and looking around. But the cherry on top is the two destroyers on the sides have hedgehogs and once i get pinged they run over and hit me in the head with 40 little hammers. A truly angering assault. I even tried to fire like 6 or 7 fat's on ladder search i get like maybe one hit. Seems the captians on these merchants are professional torpedo dodgers. Well thats my middle 43' convoy assault for yall.
