Default Makmans Manual Targeting Tutorial

HI, I am trying to learn all the features of the MaGUI and have d/l'd the videos. However, there is no sound. I have sound with everything else. Is this correct? Kind of hard to follow everyhting without it.

You probably have audio codec problems.
If you examine the 'properties' of the video clip it should show you which audio codec(s) are used. If you do not have these installed you'll have to do so - google codec name.

The file is a .wmv , there are no codecs listed. ????

still trying to figure this out. There are no codecs listed on the properties of the video so I don't know where to begin. Any other suggestions?

What player are you using to watch the videos...I suggest VLC media player (free)... it plays just about anything

Don't think there is commentary in those videos only background game sounds. Makman explains everything via subtitles.

I have no sound at all and no subtitles. I can follow along most of it but some things would be clearer with some explanation

There's an XP-Codec Pack at Sourceforge, I think it is. This usually works.
I think they've updated it to 64bit (Win7) as well.

Try PM Makman on how he made the video, as this will tell how the audio part is coded.

After reading through the long thread on the MaGui it is confirmed that there is no sound in these videos.
