What are the degree markers on the UZO called? Along the top of the binoculars

The real one didn't have those lines, but rather a dial underneath. You would line up on the target, then look down at the dial. In British boats it was called the "Bearing Ring". Amercans called it the "Azimuth Ring" or "Bearing Scale".

I'm not sure what the German term was.
