Torpedoes missing to the right

Hello,
I just started playing SH5 (my first SH game) and the game is incredible so far. Thanks to this forum and all the modders.

Question:

It seems that all my torpedoes are missing to right. Since it seems consistently right, and never left, it makes me think there's a bug instead of me just aiming poorly.

Any ideas?

How are you aiming? Are you just turning on TDC, locking target, and firing?

have you given your torp man promotion points?

This can make the torps go faster - but no body told the TDC
Result - torps miss in front
